Service times over the Easter vacation
A Message from our Ambassador
A huge welcome to the Catholic Chaplaincy! We may be going into the last term of the academic year but it's packed with lots of things to take part in.
I am grateful to last year's Ambassador, Thea Commandeur, for her gentle guidance of the Chaplaincy activities this past year and look forward to working with the Chaplains and the Socials Committee to continue the great work of the Chaplaincy.
In the summer term we can look forward to a variety of in house activities including, 'Ask a Catholic' on 25th April where a panel of four Catholics, two me and two women, will anser your questions. Our last Faith+Food of the year is on 16th May where Fr Dominic, who is leaving us in the summer, will be interviewed like Desert Island Discs. We have a special Confirmation Mass on Sunday 3rd June and our Leavers Mass and barbecue is on Sunday 10th June. The Catholic Society (CathSoc) will organise some external events with special discounts for CathSoc members.
Although we will be relocating to St Andrew's Church in the summer,be assured our Chaplaincy is built on a strong community of diverse students and we will flourish wherever we are based.
So, I look forward to meeting you whenever you are able to come along. Best of luck with any exams and deadlines and I hope to see you around the chaplaincy at some point :)
